Chicken Skewers with Rosie's Huckleberry Habanero BBQ Sauce



From the Executive Kitchen at Stello Foods

Ingredients:
1 - 12oz  bottle Rosie's Huckleberry Habanero BBQ Sauce
1.5 lbs  Skinless & Boneless Chicken Thighs - cut into 2" pieces
8 Bamboo Skewers soaked in water at least 1 hour


Directions:

Preheat grill or grill pan on medium high heat.  Add the Rosie's Huckleberry Habanero BBQ Sauce to a large bowl.  Add chicken and toss to coat.  Thread 4 or 5 chicken pieces onto each skewer.  Grill chicken, turning and basting often with Rosie's Huckleberry Habanero BBQ Sauce, until cooked through, 8 - 10 minutes.  

Serves:  4

Chef's Note:  Serve with your favorite Cole Slaw or Potato Salad.
